Offered in: English

Join us on a fascinating and thought-provoking private tour in Munich that delves into the origins of Hitler, the Nazi Party and their rise to power.

On our tour you will learn just how a bohemian dropout became the ruler of the most advanced state of its day. To do this we will take you on a historical journey through the streets of Munich, exploring the city's rich history and significance in the Third Reich such as the beerhalls where Hitler gave speeches to memorials commemorating the Nazi's many victims. Using images and historical documents we will discuss topics such as the impact of the World War One, the treaty of Versailles on Germany. Plus the estotoic origins of the Nazis themselves and the causes of their toxic antisemitism. Daily life under Hitler will also be examined as will local resistance to the Nazi's, the fate of their victims and the destruction of the city in WW2.
