    Cayambe is located in Pichincha Province, just 70 km north of Quito, this town is well-known because of the incredible production of roses for exportation, surrounded by mountains, lakes, rivers and especially the equator line, Cayambe is an important tourist destination in Ecuador. Departure at 8:00 a.m. from your hotel, in order to take the Panamerican highway, which goes through spectacular mountain sceneries, allowing us to enjoy spectacular views of people and communities!

    Our first stop will be at Quitsato's Sundial to learn more about the equator line and its influence on the world; there is also a good opportunity to see Cayambe Mountain, the third highest snow-capped volcano in the country (18,996 ft).
