Pickup details:

We provide pickup from all hotels and hostels within Moshi Town. Travelers staying outside Moshi may meet us at our central meeting point, Mama Africa Giftshop inside Union Café, at the scheduled departure time. If you prefer not to be picked up from your accommodation, please choose the meet-up option when booking. After the tour, we will drop you off at the same location or any central point in Moshi upon request.

What to expect

Your experience begins with a pickup from your hotel in Moshi, followed by a scenic 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Serval Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, a trained sanctuary guide will welcome you and lead you through a fully supervised wildlife walk. You’ll learn about each animal, their behavior, and the sanctuary’s conservation efforts. Under the guide’s instructions, you’ll have the chance to safely feed friendly herbivores such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes using sanctuary-provided food. You will also view lions and other predators from designated safe areas while your guide explains their habits and ensures a responsible, educational encounter. After your wildlife experience, you’ll enjoy your included lunch box before beginning the relaxing journey back to Moshi.
