What to expect

Enter the home of a local family and I learned to prepare the most traditional sauce of Argentine cuisine: Chimichurri.

In this 2-hour experience, you will learn different versions of the historic sauce and prepare your own chimichurri to enjoy with a Traditional Argentine Asado.

We will welcome you with the traditional sandwich most loved by all Argentines: Choripan. You can season it with a chimichurri made with the recipe of our home.

Then, with a glass of wine in hand (Torrontes and Malbec) we will start making a chimichurri with which we will eat the rest of the more traditional cuts that are being cooked on the grill:

Provoleta
Chorizo.
Morcilla.
Roast Strip
Chorizo beef
Vegetarian Garnish

For dessert: Alfajores.

At the end, you take your chimichurri and the knowledge to do it anywhere in the world.

You will also receive free access to our Chimichurri 101 online course, so you can relive recipes whenever you want and access many more.

From Palermo Soho to the world... and the best: After making the chimichurri you will be able to enjoy it with a great roast with the most traditional cuts!
