What to expect
La India Dormida is an ancestral route used by the region's early inhabitants, now known as the Warriors of Gold. They are an ethnic group from whom originates the legend that guards the mountain. We will traverse the trail as if walking through the body of a giant: ascending from its feet towards its torso, chest, and head, and then descending through its hair. It's a physical challenge where we will also connect with the mountain's energy. Along the way, we can take advantage of the streams and pools to cool off. We will conclude with a visit to “La Piedra Pintada”, which features enigmatic petroglyphs.
