Meeting and pickup
- This is a private transfer service from Hanoi / Hanoi Airport (Noi Bai) to Mai Chau. - The driver will be waiting for you at the pickup point with a sign showing your name a friendly meet and greet service. - Free hotel pickup is included. If you don’t require hotel pickup, you can meet our driver and vehicle at the designated meeting point. - From Hanoi to Mai Chau: Pickup: From Noi Bai Airport or any hotel in Hanoi city. Drop-off: At any location in Mai Chau.
What to expect
- After receiving your booking, we will contact you via your WhatsApp/Chat on Viator to confirm address and start time.

- Your driver will arrive with a signboard bearing your name on it.
- After meeting you at the Lobby Hotel, your driver will take care of your bags and show you to your private vehicle

3. Optional Comfort Stop
- Approximately halfway to your hotel or desired address, you will have a convenient comfort stop at a clean and well-equipped rest area within 15-20 minutes. Here, you can stretch your legs, grab a quick snack, or use the restroom before continuing your journey.
