"Please wait for our driver at the lobby of your pre-designated hotel or homestay. Our driver will arrive punctually, holding a sign with your name on it. In the event that you cannot locate the driver, please contact us immediately via Email or WhatsApp for assistance
What to expect
After meeting you, your driver will take care of your luggage and escort you to your private car.
Detail: The travel time by private car from Sapa to Ha Long (Tuan Chau) is approximately 6–7 hours, covering a distance of around 380 km (236 miles). The journey follows the modern Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway and connects to the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long Expressway, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. Our driver will pick you up at any hotel or homestay in Sapa at your preferred time.
1. Pickup
Driver Arrival: The driver will arrive at your pickup location in Sapa at the scheduled time. They will meet you directly at your hotel, homestay, or designated address.
Identification: The driver will hold a signboard with your name or confirm your booking details to ensure a correct and smooth meeting.
Luggage Handling: The driver will assist with loading your luggage into the vehicle and make sure everything is safely arranged before departure.
2. Arrival in Ha Long (Tuan Chau)
Approaching Destination: As you approach Ha Long, the driver will confirm your exact drop-off location (hotel, cruise port, or resort in Tuan Chau). Please provide clear address details in advance for a smooth arrival.
Unloading Luggage: Upon arrival, the driver will help unload your luggage and double-check to ensure nothing is left behind.
