Unfortunately, recent shortage of active taxis are serious here in Japan, especially in some airports. when you arrive in the busiest time zone, you might have to wait for one hour just for a sedan type taxi. If you have several pieces of baggage, you would need van type vehicle. Eventually you should wait it for tow hours. That's a disaster!!!

What to expect

FIRST STEP: Before booking, please be sure as follows; our maximum accommodation is 4 guests + 4 bags + 4 pieces of baggage at most.
If your group is larger than that, you have to book it twice, if you like.

SECOND STEP: As booking, please describe the following information in the blank of special requirement; No1. Flight number, if pickup point will be Narita Airport. No2. How many pieces of baggage you will have? No3. Specific drop-off location.

THIRD STEP: If the pickup or Drop-off point is rescheduled, please give us a message.

LAST STEP: Our driver will wait for guests at the Arrival Gate of Narita Airport 30 minutes after your flight arrival. In case our meeting point is in the hotel, the driver will be there 10 minutes before the meeting time.
