We allocate a superior driver with long term experience.
The driver will understand English well and has deep knowledge of local traffic condition.
The vehicle we allocate is Minivan Type only that accommodate big luggage.
Unfortunately, to get a Free Minivan Type is not easy here in Japan. In worse case, you have to wait for the minivan more than 2 hours in busy time.
If you are more than 3 guests group, booking vehicle in advance is indispensable here.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The plan is a transfer service from Haneda Airport to Narita Airport, Tokyo 23 Wards, Makuhari Area, Tokyo Disney Resort, or Yokohama City.
Setting time starts from 5:00am until 6:00pm, every 1 hour.
1. There are several options that are based on your destination. Please find
your destination and appropriate time among these options.
2. Don't forget to fill in your arrival flight number when you book. You don't
need to worry about a situation that the plan is sold out. It is almost free
sale. The most important issue is that our side can grasp you accurate
flight. If you change the flight, please inform us it as soon as possible.
3. Please select a meeting time option by one hour later from your arrival
time. It takes one hour for custom procedure. But our drivers always keep
their eyes on the arrival board so that they miss the meeting time.
4. The drivers might try to contact you through what's App or text message.
If you are it's user, please accept their contact, in this case.
What to expect
There are many options, depending on destination, meeting time, maximum accommodation.
Operation Time: 5:00am.-6:00pm. every 1 hour each
Maximum Accommodation:
1-4 guests; 4 guests+6 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests+10suitcases
*Please make sure of selecting the most appropriate one.
*Please don't miss to write address or hotel's name of your destination.
When you get on the vehicle:
Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time.
In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use.
When you get off the vehicle:
Please make sure if you leave your belongings in vehicle. Especially, smart phone and purse. In case you leave something, contact the driver ASAP. Not as long as you depart from Japan, we will send it to the next destination by cash on delivery. (it needs two days interval at the least)

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
