If you are late for more than 60 minutes, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a "no-show." The driver will leave and no refund will be issued. • For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of the Terminal. Our airport representative will be holding a signboard with your name • If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued HOTEL PICK-UP INFORMATION • Please note: Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
