We are an agency specialized in offering guided tours to the Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville.
Our differential value is that our agents work directly in the area where the monuments are located and not only from an office, fact that allows us to resolve any exceptional situation that may be presented to the visitor.
From our jobs we see daily how many tourists book through the internet and then have many problems in finding the meeting point or the guide of the organization with which they have hired.
With our agency this does not happen because the reservation is sent to the customer with all the information he needs to be able to identify the meeting point and our agent or guide.
We have collaboration agreements with most tourism companies in the sector , a fact that provides us with a variety of extra schedules to offer to the customer.
At 12:45pm we will meet the group at the meeting point to enter at 13:00h. Our workers are uniformed and are perfectly recognizable by their black jackets with a gold information symbol on the back and the company logo on the chest (Lion with wings).
After the official visit the client can stay inside the Alcazar or take a walk in the gardens for as long as desired. The monument offers visitors a small café where visitors can take anything if they need it.
There will be a brief introduction to the history of the monument as well as the square where it is located. Few squares in the world can compete in terms of heritage with the Plaza del Triunfo, a square where the Real Alcázar of Seville, the Cathedral and the Archivo de Indias are located, all of them declared World Heritage Sites by Unesco in 1987.
On the way to the Alcázar, a brief description of the history of the Seville Cathedral and its famous tower, the Giralda, will take place. When it was built? What was its end? its architectural features. What kings and other historical figures find burial in it. Etc.
On the way to the visit of the Alcázar, there will be a short introduction to this famous building and all the documents it houses inside. We will also talk about the reason for its construction and the different uses it has had over the years.
