Here, in Japan, it is very difficult to take a free van type and mini bus type vehicle at the last moment. You might wait for 2 hours in busy time until you get it. Because sedan type taxi can accommodate 3 guests plus 2-3 suitcases at most. Booking appropriate vehicle in advance is must-to-do first.
Lastly, Here in Japan, we are formal transfer company managing licensed vehicles. But in some cases, there are groups that dispatches unlicensed cars illegally. If you book these cars, you might get involved in big troubles.

How to meet with driver :
Driver will wait for you at the arrival gate of your flight with your name board. The driver will keep tracking on your flight schedule. In case you miss the driver, the driver will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

The plan is a transfer service from Kansai Airport to cruise ports, big cities, or land marks in Kansai Area,
Setting time starts from 5:00am until 9:00pm, every 1 hour each.

1. There are several options that are based on your destination. Please find
your destination and appropriate time among these options.
2. Don't forget to fill in your arrival flight number when you book. You don't
need to worry about a situation that the plan is sold out. It is almost free
sale. The most important issue is that our side can grasp your accurate
flight. If you change the flight, please inform us it as soon as possible.
3. Please select a meeting time option by one hour later from your arrival
time. It takes one hour for custom procedure. But our drivers always keep
their eyes on the arrival board so that they will not miss the meeting time.
4. The drivers might try to contact you through what's App. If you are it's
user, please accept their contact, in this case.
