But if you want more, how about taking a good look around a local market to learn about the products used in our recipes? Join us for a stroll to the Nomentano Market, where you'll discover the freshest ingredients straight from local shops.
Back to our kitchen known as “Kitchen of Mamma” you will discover the secrets to a perfect dough, how to cook delicious fillings and authentic sauces. Savor every moment with a glass of wine while you listen to fascinating Italian stories. To top off the complete Italian experience, coffee and limoncello are on us.

What to expect
Now you can also follow our chef through the Nomentano Market (we like that one) then back to our kitchen at YellowSquare and learn how to make the most classic pasta dishes.
Vegetarian options are available upon request. Please inform the chef upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not have vegan or gluten-free options available.
