    Ulaanbaatar-Dalanzadgad- Yolin Am

    After an early morning breakfast, You will be greeted at the hotel for pick up in the morning. Pass through Mandalgobi, the center of Dundgobi (Middle-Gobi) province for lunch and arrive in Dalanzadgad, the center of Umnugobi (South-Gobi). Drive to Yoliin Am (Lammergeier valley) – a wonderfully picturesque place with ice even in summer, and surrounded by sheer rocky walls, forming incredible canyons. These areas are situated in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park that encompasses the "Three Beauties" peaks and the most easterly points of the Altai Mountains. Overnight in tourist camp.

    Khongor els

    Khongor Sand Dunes

    Today we will drive to Khongor sand dunes. These are Mongolia's largest sand dunes, reaching a height of 300 meters in some areas. On the way see Dungene valley – a wonderfully picturesque place and surrounded by sheer rocky walls, forming incredible canyons. We will be riding on camels to explore the Khongor Sand Dunes. The two-humped Bactrian camels are very comfortable to ride as they walk slowly and gently, and you will be well supported by the humps, sitting comfortably between them. Our camel man will lead you safely through the sand dunes. Plus, you will have an opportunity to visit a camel herdsman’s family to discover their way of life, their culture and traditions. Meet local nomadic family and get a get ger with fire stove and beds. The sand dunes change color with each hour of the day, from yellow to silver to rose-color at (sunrise or sunset). Enjoy small hiking and photographing the charming landscape, watch activities at the herder family and have dinner at the Ger

    Khongor els - Bayan Zag (flaming cliff)

    Bayanzag Saxual Forest

    Early breakfast at the camp, we will drive to Bayanzag - biggest saxaul forest and Flaming Cliffs, where you will find the paleontology place, when Roy Andrew Chapman discovered fossilized dinosaurs’ skeleton and eggs in 1920s. The red cliffs were on the sea bottom in ancient times, and still have petrified bones and eggs of dinosaurs from 60 million years ago. Of the twelve species of predatory dinosaurs, eight of them were found in Mongolia – the most famous discovery being made by Roy Chapman Andrews in the 1920s who dug up the remains of two dinosaurs who had fought each other to death. Our tour takes you to the cliffs and to see the remains found so far – an amazing experience to tell your friends back home.

    Bayanzag - Dalanzadgad - Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa)

    Tsagaan Suvarga

    After breakfast you will take a small tour around the center, visit museum and stop by local market. Then drive to Tsagaan Suvarga, which is 30-60 m high, 400 m long, colorful limestone formation, once was the ocean bed where the visitors find marine fossils and clamshells. Its colors are outstanding early morning and evening. Tsagaan Suvarga was named after its shape resembles the Buddhist relict stupas or pagodas. Visit local herder family and get a rent ger with beds and fire stove

    Tsagaan Suvarga - Ulaanbaatar

    After breakfast, we will hike around Tsagaan Suvarga and climb to top. Tsagaan Suvarga is a beautiful photo shooting spot both day and night. There are some trails to hike down and up through the cliffs. After hiking activity, will drive to Dundgobi (Middle-Gobi) for short break and eat then arrive to Ulaanbaatar in the evening and drop off the hotel.
