With its majestic and stunning appearance, throughout the years, Thac Bac Waterfall (Silver Falls) has always succeeded in attracting thousands of visitors, both domestic and international. Originating from an admirable height, the silver water of the waterfall strongly flows down the cliff, splashing and growling, creating magnificent waves with white foams and refreshing vibe. Not matter which season of the year, Thac Bac Waterfall always lure travelers to stop by.
Before getting to the Love Waterfall, you will have to walk through a forest that lies along the trail. This forest features primitive beauty with a tacit mossy old canopy of bamboo. This lush immense bamboo forest is flickered with red, yellow, and white azalea flowers. Coming through the forest, you will get to the sense of peace and be enthralled by its pristine scenery. The winding path then will lead your straight to Love Waterfall. From far away, the fall looks like the conical hat sparkling in the sunshine. With a total height of 100 meters, Love Waterfall retains the cold air of the mountains and falls down the golden stream as the great epic of the immense forest. The stream at the foot of the waterfall, along with lush greenery at both sides and stretching thickets of bamboo, creates the poetic picture. If visiting on misty days when the surrounding landscape is dim, tourists will get the sense of being lost in Penglai.
“Catching cloud” or “Hunting cloud” in Sapa are the words many tourists spread through word of mouth. To do that, you have to go to Sapa Heaven’s Gate. The gate has another name O Quy Ho Heaven’s Gate. Sapa Heaven’s Gate has long become a destination “have – to – go – once” in a Sapa tour. At the gate, you can feel like setting your feet on the cloud, everything which is impossible seems to turn into possible such as if you can touch the cloud and see the beauty of the high peaks.
Take a break for a picnic lunch before continuing the trek to the home of the Red Dzao tribe in Ta Phin Village. In the afternoon, meet your driver to begin the 30-minute transfer back to Sapa.
