Our YVR Vancouver Airport pickup and drop-off services are perfect for individuals on vacation or for corporate customers.
We can pick you up directly from the airport and take you directly to the ski lifts in Whistler—you and your gear included. We offer airport meet and greet service for Vancouver Airport (YVR). Your chauffeur will meet you as you walk out from the terminal, handle and load all of your luggage, and open the door for you.
On the way there, we include a complimentary 20 minute rest stop at beautiful Shannon falls or Squamish to let you stretch your legs, take photos, use the bathroom, or get a bite to eat.

YVR PICKUP PROCEDURES • INTERNATIONAL: Once the guests have cleared customs, immigration and have collected their baggage, proceed outside the customs hall. The driver will meet guests by the two wooden statues in the International Reception Lounge meet and greet area. • DOMESTIC: Driver will meet guests by baggage carousel. The driver will hold a sign with name of the guest. If you cannot locate your driver or have delays in customs, please call us

What to expect
• Upon exiting the aircraft, please proceed to your designated baggage carousel
• On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will wait with a paging board bearing your name in bold
• NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur
International Arrivals:
• Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration.
• Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels
• Then proceed through customs
• You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold
