What to expect
The customer selects the service (airport transfer, local trip, private trip, etc.) through our website. The date, time, pick-up address and destination are confirmed.
2. Confirmation
Once the booking is made, we send the passenger a message or confirmation email with the details of the service, contact information and, if applicable, the details of the assigned driver.
3. Pre-trip reminder
Before service, the passenger receives a reminder with the exact pick-up time and the driver’s name.
4. On time collection
The driver arrives at the agreed place in advance, identifies the passenger and helps with luggage if necessary.
5. Safe and comfortable travel
