Please come to the Rijo villa starting point near the KSRTC bus stand, Old Munnar, old Munnar before 10 minutes of the departure time of the package given in the itinerary (luggage storage and rest room are available free of charge).

Here you see old man working tea factory, can learn about tea making process ,This Lockhart tea factory is famous for its Orthodox Tea production in the traditional way. This factory which was built in 1936 and have ancient machinery. The visitors are given a briefing about the tea making process, its history & health benefits of tea
3 .Tea -Tasting
Tea is the most widely drunk beverage in the whole world ,this factory offers tea tasting section for the visitors. This program is been designed by our team keeping in mind the intricate details in every aspect of tea. This training course include Tea Blending Course, Tea Tasting Course. The modules have been articulated after repeated fine-tuning in order to impart the best possible knowledge about tea. There are 9 levels of this program which are framed in a way to gradually accentuate the depth of your knowledge.
