Academically I am a biologist, in life I am wine producer, writer, food expert, & cultural traditionalist. I have over 5 years experience in wine production.
Currently writing a guide book about the city based on my blog, which I will share with you.
My biggest pleasure is Portugal and its Wine. I was Born and have lived here for 15 years and quickly fell in love with its gastronomy & culture. I want you to experience Portugal the way I see it and I'm sure you will fall for its oenological beauty also.

We try 5 wines, a sparkling, a white , a rose and two reds all portuguese and organic.

What to expect
The wines are hand picked and include 2 whites a rose and 2 reds. We will talk about 4 regions of wine production in Portugal and how geography, altitude, terroir and grape species effect the flavours you will be tasting; In essence we will be educating your taste buds with Natural, Organic and Biodynamic wines.
As well as the wine tasting there will be a chef preparing a food tasting specifically for the occasion, this will accompany the wine to perfection and balance your pallet.
On top of all of this you will have a guided tour of the tasting location which is a wine bar, bottle shop, book store, art gallery and restaurante. A location which will become a reference for you in years to come.
