Escape the crowds: discover with me the real life, the intense flavors, the social rituals, and the culture of the province. Slowly. You'll drive your car in stages, and the entire route lasts about 40 minutes. Driver available with extra fee contacting direcly Puglia Cab.
Me and the inland Puglia: a love and deep passion for the untouristic and the authentic. I love and promote exclusively family-run places, organic products, ancient grains, quality wine, and local products.
Sustainability is a value to me, and supporting my community is essential.
We'll discover an authentic "Masseria", and an ancient mill. You'll taste cheeses and delight in our powerful wines. You can enjoy a coffee at the bar like a true local, among the small streets of a medieval town rich in history. Lots of good, authentic food.
Visits are reserved for groups of friends or families, and children are welcome!

    The tour includes a visit to a Masseria (authentic farmhouse) producing traditional cheeses, where you'll meet the family who runs it and their many animals.
