What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We meet at a carefully selected traditional Bulgarian location in central Sofia. Please arrive exactly at the starting time and tell the staff you are here for the experience with Rado. You will be guided to a special table prepared for your group.
What to expect
We begin with a traditional rakia and fresh salad, where you will learn how locals start every proper meal and why this ritual is so important in Bulgarian culture.
As the table opens, you will enjoy a selection of traditional mezze dishes, sharing food the way Bulgarians do, while discovering the social side of the table and how meals bring people together.
Next comes a carefully selected main dish, representing the heart of Bulgarian cuisine, with stories about traditions, family, and everyday life.
You will then taste a glass of Bulgarian wine and learn why Bulgaria is one of Europe’s oldest wine regions.
We finish with a traditional dessert, ending the experience the way locals do, with good conversation and a relaxed atmosphere.
Throughout the experience, everything is hosted and guided, so you can relax, enjoy the moment, and experience Bulgaria in the most natural and authentic way.
