You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

-LA VIP will pick you up in the Valet area of your hotel
-Your driver will provide you with detailed instructions on the way to the event about your pickup area after the event
-Return shuttles begin running immediately after the event ends and continue for up to one hour. If you miss the return window or need help locating your shuttle, please call (310) 641-8114 right away so we can assist you with alternate arrangements.

What to expect

Begin your New Year’s Day with a convenient hotel pickup from Downtown LA, LAX, Marina del Rey, or the South Bay. Settle into a comfortable, climate-controlled shuttle as your driver takes you directly to Pasadena.

If you’re attending both the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl Game, you’ll be dropped off near the parade route first, then taken to the stadium afterward, according to the day’s schedule.

If you’re attending only the Rose Bowl Game, your shuttle will take you straight to the stadium at the designated time so you can enjoy the pre-game atmosphere without the stress of parking or traffic.

After the event or events you attend, clear instructions will guide you to your return pickup point. Your shuttle will be ready to bring you back to your hotel with reliable timing and an easy boarding process.
