Meet the makers, explore the craft from still to glass, and savour expressions that capture the unique character of the island’s botanicals, climate, and pristine water sources.
We'll stop at one of our favourite local venues where you can relax and choose a meal that suits your taste and appetite. Menus typically range from $30 to $60, offering a delicious variety of options such as artfully crafted share plates, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven, and the finest locally sourced seafood and meats.

Meeting and pickup
You will meet your tour guide on the ramp of the Brooke Street Pier at 10am. If it is raining the meeting point will be the entrance inside the glass doors at the top of the ramp. Please arrive at 10am, at the latest.
