What to expect

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Iberian ham with our ‘Introductory Ham Cutting Workshop’, an experience designed to enjoy and learn about one of the great treasures of our gastronomy. Designed for beginners as well as those who are curious and passionate about good food, this workshop offers three hours of theoretical and practical training, guided by our master ham cutter.

In 3 hours, you will discover the origin and history of Iberian ham, its varieties, the secrets of its curing and, above all, you will learn the essential techniques to cut it accurately and safely like a true professional.

The experience includes the use of all the necessary utensils, cutting knives and a Gran Reserva shoulder ham, which you can take home with you to continue enjoying. Soft drinks are also included, and at the end, you will receive a certificate of participation accrediting your new knowledge in the exciting world of ham.

The workshop takes place in an exclusive room located very close to the Sagrada Familia, in a comfortable environment for you to enjoy the experience.
