The Independence Palace
Your first destination is the historical Reunification Palace (or Independence Palace) which is a landmark that shouldn’t be missed by tourists coming to Ho Chi Minh city. This place was served as the home and office of the South Vietnamese President during the Vietnam War.

War Remnants Museum
Then, you will leave for the War Remnants Museum (or History Museum) which records the images and stories of the Vietnam War or the US War in Vietnam. Leaving the museum, you will head to go to enjoy the beauty of French architectural style at the French colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Center Post Office. They are 2 popular destinations of foreign tourist to enjoy the beautiful images of the city. In addition, you can involve in the city’s life by having a drink (ice tea) at the cathedral and listen to the stories of the locals sitting nearby You will stop at a local restaurant (Pho 2000) for lunch.

Ba Thien Hau Temple
Following lunch and a short break, you will visit the other highlights of the city, such as Giac Lam Pagoda, Thien Hau Pagoda in bustling Sai Gon's China Town or Cho Lon (Big Market) and Ben Thanh Market. You can buy some souvenir for your family and friends at the market.

HCM - My Tho - Cai Be - Vinh Long

Mekong Delta
NOTE: My Tho - Sadec (Monday / Wednesday / Friday) and Sadec - My Tho (Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday) After having breakfast, you will be driven to the Mekong Pier where you embark on the boat L’AMANT. The boat will ride you upstream to reah Cai Be. You will spend time on the boat enjoying the beauty of the mighty Mekong River with peaceful and fantastic landscape along the river banks. You will have lunch on the boat before starting the afternoon program.

In the early afternoon, after having a full and nice lunch, you will get on a local sampan boat to sail through Cai Be’s Floating Market and take the rowing boat through the numerous canals. En route, you will be absolutely impressed by the stunning scenery of the Mekong Delta. You will get off the boat to visit an ancient colonial house. Then, you will visit a traditional local rice popcorn factory. In that village, you can also try some typical local specialties.

The boat will anchor near Vinh Long (after My Thuan Bridge) for overnight. Vinh Long - Sa Dec

After having breakfast, you will continue the tour by heading to Sa Dec. Once you arrive there, you will check out the L’AMANT boat to embark on a local boat. You will be taken to Sa Dec city town where the famous French Writer Marguerite Duras lived during her childhood. Coming here, you will have the opportunity to see and learn more about many new types of flowers and bonsai plants.

Then, you will pay a visit to the ancient house of Huynh Thuy Le (or the “house of the Chinese”) which was described in Marguerite Duras’ novel L’AMANT. Then you will come to visit a Chinese temple and the tomb of L’AMANT. Finally, you will stop at the school where Margerite’s mother taught as well as the house where she used to live with her children. On the way back to the starting point, you will have the opportunity to walk through and explore the lively street market of the town. The 4th day’s tour ends at around 11:00am. Then, you will have lunch and rest before going back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 3:00

Day 5
Ho Chi Minh - Da Lat

After having breakfast, you will have free time for yourself until you are transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport to take a 1-hour flight to Da Lat. Once you arrive in Da Lat airport, you will be welcomed and picked up by a local guide and a driver. You will be driven to a hotel and checked in your room. The rest of the day will be your free time to explore the city, enjoy delicious local food or go shopping on your own.

Da Lat Golf Club

You will spend 2 days in the luxurious Da Lat Golf Club located in the “heart” of Da Lat. Nha Trang City & Island

Following a full and delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Tri Nguyen Aquarium at Mieu Island where you can see and learn about hundreds of special marine creatures. Then, you will leave for the Institute of Oceanography. Coming here, you will have the chance to discover the biggest collection of specimens and living creatures in the South East Asia

The tour will continue with a visit to the XQ embroidery gallery/workshop to see beautiful master species of hand embroidery and learn how to make a small project on your own. After that, you will stop at Chong Promontory for a short break. This area looks like a work of a giant who put some massive rocks together.

The evening program starts with a visit to Cham Po Nagar Towers which were the masterpiece to honor the Mother of Cham Kingdom. These towers have been very well-preserved and used today as places of worship for the Cham people. When you come here, please remember to put off your shoes before entering the towers.
