Meeting and pickup
Hotel Pickup: Provide the full name of your participating Seven Mile Beach accommodation at the time of booking. Your exact pickup time and instructions will be provided after booking.
Hotels Outside Seven Mile Beach or Arriving on Your Own: Your meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin Hotel.
If you did not provide your accommodation details at the time of booking, your meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin Hotel.
Please arrive at your assigned pickup location or meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Your adventure begins at our office in Cayman Falls Plaza, conveniently located across from the Westin Hotel. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. For your convenience, we also offer hotel pick-up within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Simply provide your hotel name when booking.

1Stingray City
Start your morning with complimentary pickup from hotels in the Seven Mile Beach area, or meet us directly at Cayman Falls Shopping Plaza, across from The Westin. The tour departs at 7:45 AM before heading to the dock to begin your adventure on the water. Cruise across Grand Cayman’s beautiful North Sound toward the famous Stingray City Sandbar. Step into the shallow, crystal-clear Caribbean waters and come face-to-face with the southern stingrays that have made this one of Cayman’s most iconic experiences. Enjoy time in the water with these incredible animals in their natural environment before continuing by boat toward Starfish Point.

2Starfish Point
Continue by boat to Starfish Point, a beautiful stretch of shallow, clear Caribbean water known for the starfish that naturally inhabit the area. Step into the warm water, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and see these fascinating marine animals in their natural environment. For guests who selected the Stingray City & Starfish Point option, this is the final stop before returning by boat, completing an approximately 2-hour boat experience, dock to dock. Guests who selected the Crystal Caves option will continue their adventure with transportation to the caves.

3Cayman Crystal Caves
Available Fridays and Saturdays only with the Crystal Caves option. After Starfish Point, take a short 15-minute ride to Cayman Crystal Caves and discover a completely different side of Grand Cayman — underground. Join a 90-minute guided adventure through three spectacular caves and the surrounding tropical forest. Discover dramatic stalactites and stalagmites shaped over millions of years, explore hidden underground chambers, and hear the stories of caves that were once used as hideouts and shelters by Caribbean pirates. After your cave adventure, unwind at a Caribbean beach club with approximately 30–40 minutes of free time to grab a bite, enjoy a cocktail, or simply relax by the water at your own expense. Then board the boat for a scenic ride across Grand Cayman’s coastal waters to complete your adventure.

- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Meeting Point & Pick-Up: Please provide your cruise ship name or hotel information at the time of booking so we can arrange the correct meeting or pick-up location. Hotel pick-up is available only within the Seven Mile Beach area. If cruise ship or hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, the standard meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza.
