  The most unique of Kertha Gosa building is the ceiling made from the asbestos material fully decorated by the traditional painting with Kamasan style famous in 1930. Kertha Gosa or Taman Gili Kertha Gosa as its officially called is an historical landmark in the town of Klungkung. Kertha Gosa forms part of the Puri Semarapura royal palace and features two main structures, a grand hall or the namesake Bale Kertha Gosa with ceilings filled with Kamasan or wayang style paintings, and the Bale Kambang floating hall. Kertha Gosa complex dates back to 1686 when it was commissioned by Dewa Agung Jambe, then ruler of the Klungkung kingdom. Kertha Gosa has undergone a series of restorations in the past and is one of Bali most important historical sites, the site is open for the public to visit.

  Besakih Temple covering a vast area that offers breathtaking mountain scenery surrounding this beautiful and artistic temple complex. Besakih Temple which is known as Balis Mother Temple for over 1,000 years, sits 1,000 meters high on the southwestern slopes of Mount Agung. Besakih is an artistic and unique complex that comprises at least 86 temples which include the main Pura Penataran Agung (the Great Temple of State) and 18 others. Besakih is the biggest and holiest of the island temples and is surrounded by breathtaking and scenic rice paddies, hills, mountains, streams and more. To the Balinese, visiting the temple sanctuaries is a special pilgrimage. Mount Agung high location gives it an almost mystical quality.   Tirta Empul Temple

Tirta Empul Temple is an important temple complex and holy mountain spring located in the village of Manukaya in central Bali.   Mas Carving Center

  Mas Village popular with its wood carving where many wood carving artisans with their families live and there are many shops all around the village. Mas Village is located very close to Ubud and is therefore of a similar landscape but Mas is not as developed in to the tourism market as Ubud and retains a traditional charm and feel. Mas is famous in Bali as being one of the main arts and crafts villages on the island.
