Not only is Hue city famous for the UNESCO recognized heritage sites but it is also famous for the impressive culinary arts. Since Hue was the capital of the last imperial family of Vietnam – the Nguyen dynasty for more than a hundred of years (from the 17th to the 19th century), Hue cuisine inherits from the best food which was chosen carefully throughout Vietnam to serve the King. This is also the reason why Vietnamese people regard Hue city as a culinary paradise for foodies. The best way to learn about Hue culture and Hue cuisine is to enjoy Hue dishes and learn how to make them into your own hands. Our Hue Cooking Class tour will be held in the countryside which will help you not only learn how to cook the amazing dishes of Hue but also have the opportunity to understand more about the daily life of local people
