Meeting and pickup

✔ If you do not provide a location at least 6 hours before the excursion, you will be required to meet us at our meeting point, Islane Hotel, which is located directly in front of the Koutoubia Mosque.
✔ Free pickup is available from hotels and Airbnbs in Marrakech, or from the closest accessible point near your riad.
✔ If you are staying in the Medina (riad), please meet your driver at the designated meeting point: (Hotel Islane).
✔ Please be ready at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure.
✔ Drop-off will be at the same location.
✔ Note: A transfer fee applies if your accommodation is more than 8 km from Hotel Islane. An additional fee of €20 must be paid.
✔ Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp on the morning of the tour to confirm your exact pickup time and location.
