It will be cooked on the stove so you can replicate the recipe at home, with all our traditional spices, such as achiote and freshly harvested bitter orange from my wild garden.

What to expect

During the cooking time of this tasty meat, we will craft everything else necessary for an authentic tacos evening, you also will learn how to create:

• Your own handmade blue & yellow corn Tortillas from scratch
• Xnipec: red onions with habanero
• Special Salsa: habanero & garlic

You’ll master the recipes that have been passed down through generations. During this season, enjoy your meal with a refreshing agua fresca.
