You will be personally guided by the owner to visit the heirloom spirits cellar of Phi Long Inn - this is where the spirits are soaked for decades. In particular, this place also keeps a recipe for soaking wine according to the stories of the men, handed down from the reign of Thua Thien Cao Queen, Tong Thi Lan (Wife of King Gia Long), this is the type of spirits used by the queens. This recipe is being kept carefully at Hoi Quan and has helped many military men "cross the border and win the battle to the fullest". It can be understood as an analogy: if the Nguyen Phuoc clan's inner side has the famous Minh Mang Thang spirits, the Tong Phuoc clan's outer side has Phi Long spirits, which is kept more secret.
