We are Cape Towns only dedicated craft Rum distillery and offer personalized tour and interactions on our Rum making process. This allows you to better understand what goes into the Rum you will be tasting, from raw material to the bottle and your glass.

Meeting and pickup
We are located at the back of The Spice Yard, 100 Voortrekker Road, Salt River, Cape Town, building has two large green gates on the left hand side, go through these and down the lane, at the end you will find the secret courtyard, we are to the right under the stretch tent.
What to expect
Here we will take you through our Rum making process where you will get to taste the Molasses we use as well as smell the spices and wood that are used to make the Rum. Once the tour is done, we return to the tasting room where you will taste the different Rums that we currently make, they will be served neat and paired with mixers.
The tasting begins and we discuss the different flavours each person picks up in the Rums and what their overall experience has been like.
