Embark on a captivating 3-hour hiking journey through the breathtaking Shiretoko Five Lakes area. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you'll explore one of the most picturesque trails within Shiretoko National Park. With multiple trails to choose from, this tour will lead you along the extended route that encompasses all five lakes. In the end, we will get to the 800 meters elevated Wooden path and treating you to a magnificent vista of mountains, ocean, and lakes—a truly stunning spectacle not to be missed.

If you are staying outside Utoro area or day tripping to Utoro, we can also pick you up at the Road Station Utoro Shirietoku.
Also you can meet us at the Shiretoko Five Lakes Field House if it is convenient for you.

your participation may be canceled to avoid inconvenience to other guests.
We may not be able to make the agreed pick-up time due to other guests’ situations.

“Shiretoko Five Lakes” are one of the iconic spots of Shiretoko. This tour takes you on a walk along the ground path and elevated wooden path around the five mysterious lakes surrounded by primeval forests. While walking through the forest, where ancient trees grow undisturbed and wildlife flourishes, you will feel the closeness of the Shiretoko’s magnificent nature.
