The lesson structure and lesson content will be a bespoke session, customized to you to match your ability and your aims and goals of the lessons to maximize your progress and development as a surfer.

What to expect
Shalom everyone,
With CHILLI's surf lesson all you need to know is how to swim, to meet us at Hayarkon 40 st, Tel Aviv and to bring a swimming suit and a towel. We will get you ready with proper clothing, the right surfboard for your size and some good Israeli sunscreen. To get ready and get some free coffee you welcome to come 15 minutes before your lesson start. Once we are ready we will take a short walk to the beach.
On the beach, we will do some worm up for the body, then we will teach you how to pop-up on the board, talk about safety and the conditions in the water.
Most of the lesson will be in the water where the instructor will help you to catch some waves and to try to stand and surf on them.
During the lesson, you will be with the instructor which will teach you how to get better balance, how to move in the water, how to find the best waves to catch and much much more.
After the lesson, we will go back to the surf school for a shower & coffee and talk & summarize the lesson.
