What to expect
Become a real pizzaiolo for a day and discover the secrets of true Neapolitan pizza in one of the oldest pizzerias in Naples, founded in 1923 and famous for its iconic “cart-wheel” pizza. Guided by expert pizza chefs, you’ll wear the white apron and dive hands-on into the art of pizza making : from flour and water to the perfect dough, shaped and topped with tomato, Campania buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and olive oil.
