Manta Bay of Manta Rays ! Usually a little smaller than on the site of Manta Point, but there are much more! It is very common to see their fins pop out of the water in between the waves created by the swell crashing onto the rocks on the shore. Bamboo and nurse sharks are often encountered, either sleeping under rocks, or swimming on the coral floors of the bay. It is not out of the ordinary to see dolphins from the surface but also in the water!

    Crystal Bay

This site is considered by many to be the most rewarding dive around the islands. From the minute you drop down it is very easy to see why, as you find yourself surrounded by school after school of fish. Not to mention the spectacular topography of the site. The shallow bay is covered with a beautiful array of hard and soft corals and offers protection from the fast moving Ceningan Channel. Here we can have time to explore and find scorpion fish, orangutan crabs, mantis shrimp, blue ribbon eels and some pretty cool nudibranchs.

Gamat Bay is perhaps the smallest dive site around the islands. It is also one of the few dives where you are not too affected by the currents in the shallow depths of the bay. Here in the bay we find a sandy bottom and a profusion of beautiful soft corals, gorgonians and table coral. The current here attracts larger marine life such as schools of Surgeonfish and Batfish along with Reef Sharks and Turtles. During the season, Gamat provides a good opportunity to see Mola Mola at depth.
