Itinerary

    Day 1

    Day 1: Fes - Azrou - Ziz Valley - Merzouga camel tour - night in Desert

    Day1:Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga. We will start the tour by visiting the most historical monument and museums in Fes, we are going for a walk to stroll the old medina in Fes. Then, we will move to Ifrane, it is one of the gorgeous cities in Morocco, it is a new city build of stone chalets and red tile roofs too. After a short driver outside Azrou city, you will discover the antique cedar tree in the cedar forest “ the Gouraud Cedar”, also the Berber Apes will come to say hello, actually, they come in hope people feed them, they are friendly and lovely. we will stop for a lunch break in Midelt and we continue afterward to Ziz Valley. Along the road, you will enjoy the stunning Atlas Mountains and rivers, some villages overlooking the road. The Valley of Ziz will enchant you with its largest Palm tree oasis in the whole country. Before sunset, we will take you to Merzouga view the magical sunset, and you will overnight in the camp.

    Day 2: Merzouga - Todra Gorge - Dades Valley

    We will wake up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the dunes then take a camel ride back to the hotel. After freshening up and breakfast we’ll leave for Tinghir and the Todra Gorges and finally arrive in the Dades Valley where we will have dinner and spend the night.

    Day 3: Dades Valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate- Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah - High Atlas mountain - Marrakech

    After breakfast we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The route through the Dades Valley, the way of the thousand Kasbahs, provides numerous photo opportunities. We’ll visit the Roses valley and Skoura village, then continue to Ouarzazat, “the Hollywood of Africa”. Lunch is at the famous Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. After touring this UNESCO World Heritage site, our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi nTichka pass, reaching an altitude of 2260m, over the High Atlas Mountains. We will stop to enjoy the impressive views and visit the argan oil cooperative. We will arrive in Marrakech late afternoon.
