  Jesus Christ Statue

  Standing proudly atop Nui Nho (Small Mountain), the Christ the King Statue is a sacred landmark and one of Asia’s largest Christ statues. Rising 32 meters high with an 18.4-meter arm span, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Vung Tau’s coastline after a climb of 847 steps. Visitors can even step inside and admire the city from Christ’s outstretched arms—a truly iconic and spiritual experience.

  Thang Tam Temple is a revered spiritual site in Vung Tau, dedicated to Ca Ong (the Whale God), protector of fishermen. The complex features the Thang Tam Communal House, Hon Ba Temple, and the Lady of the Five Elements Temple, each rich in cultural and historical value. Inside, the Whale Temple displays a massive whale skeleton, reflecting local fishermen’s deep respect for the sea. With its ancient architecture and captivating legends, this sacred site offers a glimpse into Vung Tau’s spiritual heritage.

  Bạch Dinh (White Palace), located on Big Mountain, is a stunning French colonial mansion built in the early 20th century for Governor Paul Doumer.   Vung Tau Beach

  13:30 After lunch, enjoy free time at Thuy Van beach (Back beach) – one of the nicest beaches in Vietnam with the shore runs for almost 10km, full of fine sands and white waves.
