    Today our Fes guided day trip starts in the medina (the old city). Medina is the old city of Fez and all the main touristic attractions are located right around this place. We explore Jardin Jnan Sbil, Bou Inania Medersa and of course Bab Boujloud. Then you will have a free program for the rest of the city tour. We stay overnight at local Fez riad.

    FES - MIDDLE ATLAS - SAHARA DESERT IN MERZOUGA

    In the morning after breakfast we will continue the excursion to the desert of Merzouga making a few stops at various interesting sites.At this stage of the route we will enter the Middle Atlas. A charming and totally different from the rest of Morocco, called Ifrane people. It has a colder climate than the rest and some what different European architecture.

    Then we will head to Arzou where there aremany extinct volcanoes, such as Jebel Hebri 2104 meters, among others. We will visit aforest of the oldest in this country full of cedars and very friendly monkeys, with the possibility of giving eat. The village is characterized by having a major cottage industry of cedar and then we will make a city tour seeing the sights. We will continue to Midelt, located between the Middle Atlas and the High Atlas, we will stop for lunch and continue the route to the Ziz Valley, to admire the immensity of redgorges, clothing large oasis and the beautiful villages and adobe kasbahs.

    SAHARA EXCURSION IN MERZOUGA AND CAMEL RIDE

    Merzouga

    Today you enjoy Merzouga desert excursion. We explore desert dunes, village of Khamlia famous for Gnawa music, then Hassilabiad Nomad museum and we meet Nomads living in the desert. Later afternoon we enjoy a camel ride to explore desert dunes in Sahara led by an experienced camel guide. It will take about 1 hour to reach the camp where we spend the night. You will watch the amazing sunset in Merzouga and after that, we will have traditional Berber dinner served at the camp and then we enjoy listening to music drums.

    MERZOUGA DESERT – TODRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY
