What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Suppliers and travelers will coordinate pickup time. i.e. Pickup time and address in Carmel. Upon Arrivals at pickup address: Your Chauffeur will call you to establish contact. And assist with your luggages. Safely chauffeured you to the Airport.
Service will begin at passengers pickup address in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California
Service will end at passengers departing airlines at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
What to expect
We monitor all commercial flights (ARRIVALS ONLY), even if its delayed or early you can count on our professionals to be there when you arrive. Each chauffeur is professional, knowledgeable and very familiar with the particular needs of the business traveler. So, while we can't take all the stress away from a business trip, your Chauffeur will make certain you get to and from your destination in the most efficient, timely and comfortable way possible. All fees are included with the exception of Chauffeur gratuity. We do NOT update flight (DEPARTURE). This is the sole responsibility of passenger
Complimentary Overtime and Wait time Policy:
Overtime and wait time pay will apply after 15 minutes of a prearranged time described on the reservation.
Wait time on Airport Arrivals:
• 45 minutes for International Arrivals
• 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals

- 1st Classic Transportation Inc. reserves the right to END A TRIP IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND, if the Chauffeur deems the activity on board our vehicles to be either unsafe or illegal or the party is not cooperating with reasonable requests/instructions from the Chauffeur. The party will be either dropped off on the spot or to the nearest Law Enforcement Office.
- This is a private airport transfer. Only your group will participate
- Additional Wait and Extra Stops Policy: Additional wait time will be billed at $15.00 to $30.00 per every 15 minutes after the first initial complementary 15 minutes. Additional stops are billed at $20.00 per stop. Higher rates may apply based on actual distance
