What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a sign with your name.
In France, drivers are not allowed into the baggage claim area: collect your luggage, go through customs, then exit through the arrivals door and stay inside the terminal. Your driver is right there.
Please enter your flight number when booking: we track your flight in real time and your pickup adjusts to any delay at no extra cost.
Can't see your driver? Call us or message us on WhatsApp using the number in your booking confirmation. We answer 24/7.
