What to expect
Book easily and securely on our website, you will then receive your confirmation. The driver will pick you up at the requested starting point and drop you off at your destination. Our door-to-door service allows customers to be picked up/dropped off in front of their hotel from/to their departure/arrival terminal at the airport.
Our mini buses can carry up to 8 passengers and contain baby seats or booster seats to transport even the little ones at no extra cost.
No Show Policy:
For an arrival at the airport: The driver will take into account the landing time of your flight or the specific pick-up time you have requested and will wait 1 hour after this time. If you are late, the driver cannot wait for you compared to other reservations, in this case it is a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.
For departure: The driver will wait 15 minutes after the pick-up time at the hotel or at the private address. If you are late, the driver cannot wait for you compared to other passengers and reservations, in this case it is a "NO SHOW", no refund for you.
