From the airport: your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a sign bearing your name. Drivers are not allowed into the baggage claim area in France, so collect your luggage, go through customs and exit through the arrivals door. Enter your flight number when booking: we track your flight and adjust to delays at no extra cost.
From an address: your driver picks you up at the hotel or address you give when booking and contacts you on arrival.
Can't find your driver? Call us or message us on WhatsApp using the number in your booking confirmation. We answer 24/7.
At Le Havre cruise terminal: your driver waits at the terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. Please enter your ship name and disembarkation time when booking.
What to expect
How it works:
1. Book with your pickup address or flight number, and your ship name and times. You receive your confirmation right away.
2. Your driver meets you at the airport arrivals hall or the cruise terminal exit with a sign bearing your name, or picks you up at your Paris address.
3. You are driven straight to your destination in about 2h30 to 3 hours, depending on traffic.
One fixed price per vehicle, agreed when you book: tolls, parking, and waiting time are included. No meter, no extra charge for traffic jams.
Your vehicle, matched to your group size:
- 1 to 3 passengers: sedan, up to 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons
- 4 to 6 passengers: van, up to 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-ons
- 7 to 8 passengers: XL van, up to 8 large suitcases and 6 carry-ons

Round trip: book your return ride at the same time and save 10%. After booking, we confirm your return pickup time and address with you.
Free baby seats and boosters on request (a child counts as a passenger). Bottled water and WiFi on board upon request.
Good to know: for airport pickups, if we cannot reach you 60 minutes after your flight lands, the driver is released. For address pickups, the driver waits up to 15 minutes after the agreed time. In both cases a missed ride is non-refundable. If your plans change, contact us at any time: we are available 24/7.
