From Costa Maya, visit the archaeological zone of Chacchoben and the Bacalar lagoon on a shared cultural excursion. Hike on trails in the jungle among Mayan ruins—where it is possible to spot spider monkeys—and, subsequently, enjoy a boat ride on the Lagoon of Seven Colors. You can swim in the lagoon, and during the boat tour, appetizers and drinks will be offered.

1Costa Maya Cruise Port
Upon arriving at the port of Costa Maya you will meet us at a meeting point, then we will do your reception and from our office you will depart to your first stop which is at the Mayan ruins which will take approximately 50 minutes to an hour to arrive.

2Chacchoben Mayan Ruin
Upon arriving at the Mayan Ruins of Chacchoben you will have a journey of approximately 50 minutes to an hour. And at the end of this tour, your driver will be taking you to your second stop, which will be at the Bacalar Lagoon, which will take approximately 30 minutes to arrive.

3Lago Bacalar (Lake of the Seven Colors)
Upon arriving at the Lagoon you will have a boat tour for approximately 2 hours where you will be able to see our beautiful and famous Seven Color Lagoon.

4Costa Maya Cruise Port
At the end of your boat tour in the seven-color lagoon of Bacalar, your driver is taking you back to the port of Costa Maya, which will take approximately an hour and a half to return to the port of Costa Maya.
