Meeting and pickup
The transfer service (pick-up and drop-off) can be booked if available. Consider this for the city of Ponta Delgada (for other areas, please contact us). Pick-up will be provided at or close to the place of your accommodation. When the activity is over, we will drop you off at the same place. Approximate pick-up times between 8:50 and 9:10 am. Please contact us to schedule the exact pick-up time and place.
Please consider the Meeting Point at the parking lot of Areal de Santa Bárbara Beach, next to Tuká Tulá Bar.
What to expect
Ride through the historic centre and admire its well-preserved architecture in several monuments, which tell stories of local history and traditions.
We will be surrounded by nature and the sound of water from various springs that lead us to different locations and attractions such as Fajã do Redondo Dam and Caldeiras da Ribeira Grande.
Moving on to our next stop, the Coroa da Mata Viewpoint, we travel along secondary paths surrounded by a variety of flowers and trees, enjoying panoramic views. We continue to explore the lush landscapes resulting from volcanic eruptions on the north coast of the island, passing by the Santa Iria Viewpoint, the Santa Iria port, and the Cintrão point where the lighthouse is located. We will return along a dirt path along the coast, observing the unforgettable landscape until we are back on the city streets.
