Unique customized and carefully planned cooking and wine testing in experience in Buenos Aires! We will cook together a special menu of Argentine Cuisine, customized to your preferences if needed. The suggested menu will be: Beef empanadas, starting from scratch + ribeye roasted in chimichurri (prepared by ourselves) + plus a very simple, original and delicious dulce de leche and rum ice crem.
Each step of the menu will be paired with exceptional bottles of local wine. Will start with a very special barrel fermented pinot noir from Patagonia, will continue with among the best cabernet franc you can ever get and a very refined malbec a winery selected as the "best world vineyard 2023". Will pair the dessert with a unique and unforgettable late harvest 100% torrontes grape (a grape you can only find in Argentina).
The experience will be offered in a very professional and spacious kitchen integrated with a beautifully decorated dining room from the own chef house.

Starter

Beef Empanadas

We will prepare delicious beef empanadas, starting form scratch, dough included.

Main

Ribeye roasted in chimichurri + side dish

Will roast the ribeye in an amazing chimichurri sauce prepared by ourselves. Will accompany with a very simple and surprisingly flavorful side dish.

Dessert

Dulce de leche and rum ice cream

In justa few minutes will make and unforgettable dulce de leche ice cream.

Meeting point

Located in a very quite and traditional Buenos Aires neighborhood, about 15´ drive from Palermo and 30´from Recoleta. Very easy to find.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

For about 2 and 1/2 hours, we will prepare a full Argentine menu together. Afterwards, while enjoying the meal, we will test at least 4 bottles of exceptional local wines: 1. A pinot noir barrel fermented in Patagonia, 2. one of the best cabernet francs you can ever get, from Guallataray, Mendoza, 3. a very premium malbec from Uco Valley, Mendoza, 4. a delicious late-harvest wine made from 100% torrontes (a unique local grape from Argentina).
