Cheese Fondue
The fondue sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue, accompanied by bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes and guava.
Meat Fondue
Then the meat fondue in the stone, La Pierrat, with noble cuts of beef, pork and chicken, garnished with 12 varieties of sauces and farofa.
Chocolate Fondue
To finish the series, the chocolate fondue brings the flavors of seasonal fruits with the most appreciated of sweets.
Dinner takes place at the Malbec Restaurant in Gramado (Av. Borges de Medeiros, 2101 - Downtown). The passengers must go to the location on their own.
