Hotel Pickups: Please be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will be holding a sign with thelogo and your name.
Cruise Ship Passengers:
Amber Cove Terminal: You must walk outside the port’s main gate to the designated independent tour operator area (approximately a 10-minute walk from the pier). Look for our guide holding a sign with your name.
Taino Bay Terminal: Exit the port through the main gate and walk to the designated meeting point for outside tours. Our representative will be waiting with your name on a sign.
Important Note: Cruise passengers must provide their ship's name and arrival time at the time of booking. If your ship's schedule changes, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible to coordinate your pickup.
