Unlike classic tours of a few hours, this experience is spread over two full days, combining overnight stay on a farm, truffle hunting — a route that allows you to experience the territory in depth, without haste.
The truffle hunter and chef are local professionals: participants learn to recognize the signs of the forest and work with the truffle dog. The truffle found in the woods ends up directly on the table.

The first day is dedicated to relaxation at Tenuta Valdea, a charming estate overlooking the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Walk through the woods, enjoy the pool and let yourself be enveloped by the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, with a warm hearth for the winter months.
The next day, experience the woods with a local truffle hunter and his truffle dogs. Back at the estate, a lunch of fresh truffles prepared with local products.
