    1. For the guests using our transfer from Hanoi: - PRIVATE CAR: Pick up at your stay at 7.00 AM - SHARED LIMOUSINE BUS: Pick up at your hotels/stays inside Old Quarter Area. If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at the meeting point: Hanoi Opera House or Local Tours Vietnam Office at No.39 Ngo Huyen Street between 07h00 AM to 07h15 AM the going by expressway to Halong Bay. 2. For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor before 09:30 am to complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If are late arrival, you might be denied by the port authority or subject to an extra fee.
