Meeting and pickup
Pick up from the Lisbon airport, the driver waits holding a sign with the client's name.
From hotels or other accomodations in Lisbon, the driver send a message informing that he is there. And, the day before the service, the client receives a message with the driver's details.
What to expect
We need to be informed the adress of the places where you stay in Lisbon.
If the pick-up will be at the airport, we need the flight number information.
From cruises, we need to know the name of it.
At the airport pick ups, the waiting time, counting from the time that the flights lands, is 60 minutes for Schengen flights and 1h20m to international flights.
At the airport, you need to meet the airport assistant who will be in the meeting point 1 where there will be a sign with the client's name.
The service is private and the driver is professional and aknowledge of Portuguese, English and Spanish.
At the train stations and terminal of cruises, the driver will be there holding a sign with your name and always text you informing his/her position.
The day before the service, you receive always a message with the driver's details as well as the meeting point location.
